Summer is here! It’s a time for the beach, BBQs and good old fashioned Kiwi roadtrips.
Are you confused about who gives way to who? New to Kiwi roads? Or wanting to get your license?
Traffic is sure to be busy, so now is a good time to brush up on your road rules so you can explore the country with confidence.
Here at Palmerston North City Library, we can make your trip run smooth, with a number of driving simulators and tests to teach you how to be safe on the roads.
Roadcode Testdrive
Great for learning New Zealand road rules, Roadcode Testdrive has official theory test questions you would expect to be asked for your leaners license, and it will give you great tips for driving in different terrain.
Around town, country driving, highway rules, and city spins, this software has it all. Teens, this software is a great way to challenge your parents to see who knows the road rules best, and at the same time will help you all be safer when travelling this Christmas.
CD Drives
Know the rules but want to know what it’s like out on the open road?
CD Drives real world simulator helps drivers practise crucial higher level driving skills such as eye scanning, hazard detection and risk management, all in a fun easy package available for you to use on our public computers in the Non Fiction Zone.
Go on, test it out! Are your driving skills and knowledge really as good as what you thought?
